1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the “Policy”) governs the collection, storage, processing, and deletion of personal data of users of the mobile application “Ember Tracker” (hereinafter — the “Application”). The Application is developed and administered by an individual (hereinafter — the “Developer”). This Policy is drafted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
1.2. Application Versions. The functionality of the Application and the categories of processed data may vary depending on the platform (iOS / Android) and the distribution store (App Store, Google Play, Rustore, Huawei App Gallery, Samsung Galaxy Store). Up-to-date information regarding available features and data processing is contained in the relevant version of the Application.
1.3. By using the Application, the User confirms that they have read and agree to this Policy. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Policy, they must discontinue use of the Application.
2.1. The Application processes data that the User independently enters when using the Application’s functionality, including:
2.2. The Application may automatically receive technical information necessary to ensure its operation (device type, operating system version, technical error logs). Such data is used solely to ensure the stability and security of the Application.
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
4.1. All User data is stored on secure server infrastructure located within the territory of the Russian Federation.
4.2. The Developer has technical access to the infrastructure solely for administrative purposes and to ensure the proper functioning of the Application.
4.3. Data transmission between the User’s device and the server is carried out via secure connections (HTTPS, TLS).
4.4. Data is stored until it is deleted by the User or until the User ceases using the Application.
4.5. If the User is located outside the Russian Federation, their data will nevertheless be processed and stored on servers located within the Russian Federation.

6.2. Permissions are used exclusively for purposes related to the functionality of the Application.
7.1. Data transmission is carried out via secure communication channels (HTTPS, TLS).
7.2. Data is stored in encrypted form using technologies designed to protect against unauthorized access.
7.3. Local data on the device is stored in secure storage (SecureStore or equivalent).
7.4. The Developer takes all reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect User data.
8.1. As of the publication date, the Application does not use third-party advertising services and does not perform user tracking.
8.2. In the future, certain versions of the Application may implement embedded advertising or integrate analytics services. In such cases, this Policy will be updated accordingly, and Users will be notified in an appropriate manner.
9.1. Certain Android versions of the Application distributed via Rustore, Huawei App Gallery, and Samsung Galaxy Store may offer paid access to extended functionality.
9.2. Payments are processed through the third-party payment service YooKassa. The Application does not process or store Users’ payment data.
9.3. As of the publication date, paid features are not available in the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android) versions of the Application.
The Developer reserves the right to amend this Policy. The updated version of the Policy shall enter into force upon its publication within the Application or on official resources.

12.1. This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of the law of the User’s country of residence.
